PROJECT STORY / Full bathroom renovation

A bathroom, reimagined in black and white.

A complete strip-out followed by new plumbing, custom boxing-in and a contemporary monochrome finish, from the grid shower screen to the grey wood-effect flooring.

The finished bathroom with marble-effect wall panels, a floating vanity and a black towel radiator.
THE RESULT / Marble-effect surfaces, black detailing and a refreshed layout.

This outdated bathroom was taken back to its structure and rebuilt with a fresh, coordinated look. Black&White Construction combined work on the plumbing and drainage with custom carpentry, new fittings and a crisp black-and-white palette.

Starting with a clean slate

The old bathroom was fully stripped out to provide a fresh starting point. Full re-piping and updated drainage prepared the space for the new bathroom fittings and shower enclosure.

Giving the pipework a tidy finish

Custom timber framework was built to conceal exposed waste and supply pipes. The boxing-in also created neat shelving, bringing the practical work into the overall design.

A considered monochrome palette

Marble-effect wall panels were fitted with bold black trims. A new shower enclosure with a black grid screen, a wall-hung vanity with a matte black tap and a modern toilet completed the main fittings.

Finishing the room

Grey wood-effect luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed, alongside a matte black ladder towel radiator. Fresh paint on the ceiling and walls brought the room together.

The finished bathroom

The completed bathroom combines concealed pipework, marble-effect panels and a coordinated set of black details. The photographs show the change from the original blue-tiled room through the strip-out and framework to the finished space.
